Called about getting my Siberian Husky de-shed, nail-trimmed & bathed. They were so courteous and answered every question. I even mentioned my fear of my dog getting aggressive with other dogs because of anxiety/nervousness (she isnt usually aggressive though). The woman on the phone scheduled a time slot at 9am but allowed me to drop her off at 8:45am because there wouldn't be any dogs and we could avoid a problem or heightened nervousness. She quoted me for 2 hours. She was done in an hour :) very pleased with this place!
